Located on the promenade of Sant Antoni, opposite the marina, Villa Mercedes is an early-20th-century mansion that's now become one of the most romantic restaurants in Ibiza. For lunch, dinner or drinks, its rooms and garden are always the perfect stage for an unforgettable moment.
Once again, we will be offering extra special Saturday evenings this summer starred by a Flamenco guitar at the hands of virtuoso Paco Fernández, who mesmerises diners with his fusion of classic and modern music. His long career playing Flamenco chill music has turned him into one of the best known artists in Ibiza who has several records and performs on international stages.

Music that pairs smoothly with contemporary Mediterranean food
Villa Mercedes’s kitchen draws its inspiration from the sea and the countryside in equal measures to produce a menu full of tempting treats influenced by traditional Mediterranean recipe books. You will find refreshing salads, like the tomato, strawberry and orange salad or the avocado, mango, fresh cheese and crunchy corn one. Or original proposals like the king prawn popcorn with a spicy sauce.
Alternatively, you may prefer the rice with monkfish, squid and asparagus, the 3-tomato rigatoni with straciatella and pesto or the grilled turbot with crispy salad and cuttlefish linguini. And if you prefer meat, you can order the Iberian pork fillet with pineapple and apple. And what about the millefeuille of whipped cream and strawberries or the chocolate dessert to finish such a special meal?
